Each session is tailored according to each clients individual needs and goals. Each session may include different modalities such as Sweddish, Trigger Point, Deep tissue, Craniosacral, Sports, Russian Sports, and Shiatzu. Stretching may also be included in the session if the client approves. Hot Stone, aroma therapy, and rock tapping may also be added to the session for an additional charge. Cupping nad myofscial release modlaities will also be available soon!
